These cover how you can use our site and our public content. Client engagements are governed by a separate master services agreement.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Marketive website (marketive.com) and the materials published on it — articles, frameworks, audits, the methodology page, and any other content. They do not govern client engagements; those are governed by a separate master services agreement signed at engagement start.

Use of the site

You may read, share, and reference our public content with attribution. You may not republish our content as your own, scrape the site for training data without permission, or use our trademarks (Marketive, MarketiveOS) without written consent.

Frameworks, methodology pages, and articles are provided for informational purposes. They reflect our perspective at time of publication and may be updated without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

Audit & contact forms

When you submit an audit request, you authorize us to contact you at the email address provided to schedule the diagnostic call and deliver the audit. You can decline the call or audit at any time. Submitting a form does not obligate either party to enter an engagement.

Newsletter

Subscribing to our newsletter is opt-in. We do not add audit-form contacts or other site visitors to the newsletter without explicit consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Third-party content

We sometimes link to third-party tools, articles, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or warranty about the third party's terms or quality.

No warranties on published content

Benchmarks and methodology numbers we publish (see our /methodology page) are honest summaries of our experience. They are not guarantees. Specific outcomes depend on scope, channel, baseline, and engagement-specific factors. We recommend treating any number on a public agency website (ours included) as a directional reference, not a contractual commitment.

The site design, code, copy, frameworks, and trademarks are the property of Marketive. Original content is licensed for personal and reference use only — not for republication, training data, or commercial reuse without written permission.
